Shipping policy
I love to make shopping with The Hope and Vintage Shop super easy.
Simply add your favorite vintage gift for yourself or others to your cart and select your desired shipping option during checkout. You will receive notification by email when your item is on its way.
All shipped packages include tracking and insurance for your order's value in the event a claim needs to be made.
Shipping rates and estimates
Domestic shipping
Shipping charges for all domestic orders will be calculated and displayed for you at checkout. The shipping chart below outlines typical shipping fees by item weight.
Free domestic shipping is available for all orders totaling over $100.
International shipping
Shipping charges for all international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: I currently offer international shipping to the following areas: North America, Europe, and Oceania. I apologize if I cannot ship to you currently and am working to expand worldwide soon!

All shipping timeframes are in business days and do not include order processing time. Shipping price estimates are quoted by the individual carrier services (currently USPS only). Your shipping charge will be calculated by exact item weight at checkout.
Shipping insurance and claims
All packages are shipped with included insurance for your full order value.
I package securely to ensure that your items make it to you safely. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or damaged before delivery, please contact the shop at shop@hopeandvintage.com so that I can assist you with submitting an insurance claim.
Please note: Shipping insurance requires proof of damage and may require an inspection at your local post office. The Hope and Vintage Shop is not responsible for rejected claims. Please do not dispose of the items too soon or skip your inspection.
Local pickup and delivery
Local pickup and delivery are always available to those in my area! I will never charge you to make the trip to pick up your items, however the delivery fee is dependent upon the distance I must travel to you. Be sure to bundle multiple items in your order to save on costs!

All local pickups and deliveries are made via appointment. I will contact you by text message or email with the contact information you provided at checkout to arrange your pickup or delivery time slot.
Please note: Local delivery is not available with accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
