Returns

Returns are not accepted. All sales are final due to the unique secondhand nature of the goods sourced.

Please note that all items listed for sale are used belongings and may not be in perfect condition. All items in my shop have been used for decoration purposes, and any known flaws will always be disclosed in photos and item descriptions.

Refunds for damaged goods

All orders are packaged sustainably with extreme care. Please look over all goods when they are received and contact the shop if any item is missing or damaged so that you can begin an insurance claim right away.

Once your claim has been approved, you’ll be credited for your original purchase price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and give you the refund too.
